Management culture in Central and Eastern Europe
The
survey
As
globalisation advances it becomes increasingly important to know the
different management cultures with which we do ever more business. More
and more managers are working away from their native countries and need
to understand and be understood. This survey is being carried out in
six CEE countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania,
Slovakia) to find out how managers from different nationalities see
each other.
This survey
is about individual attitudes and not about corporate policies
or views, so please be as frank as possible. Clearly, there are managers
of all temperaments and abilities but we are asking for your generalised
idea of typical managers in the country where you are working, based
on your personal experience both in and outside your organisation.
Your answers
are confidential. The identities and organisations of those responding
will not be disclosed to third parties nor will they be mentioned in
the study report. For any queries, please contact Mariana Turanová
(
+421-254 411 617) in Bratislava, Slovakia or Clive Bennett (
+351-217 998 110) in Lisbon, Portugal.
